Check Tire Pressure

Any good driver should be checked once in the air pressure in the tires of a vehicle of its time.

Tire Information
Many drivers do not know exactly what the correct tire pressure. The manufacturer’s operating manual contains information about tire pressure. The sticker is found in conventional cars in several places. This may be the tank valve or the B-pillar, but also on board the vehicle door or flap of the glove you can find information about tire pressure.

Influence of tire pressure
When a tire is not the proper air pressure is also on the support surface of the tire with the road, not the size of the manufacturer. Many factors, such as wear and improve fuel efficiency and ride comfort or handling may be aggravated.

High tire pressure
If tire pressure is too high, the tread and therefore have more contact with the road tires.

Low tire pressure
If tire pressure is too low, the contact area is much greater with the ground and, of course, has a higher coefficient of friction. This means that the tire wear, so that even wear.

The influence of tire pressure is generally independent of the tire. This means that no matter if summer or winter conditions (eg winter tires 185 65 14) are on the road: tire pressure is always positive for driving safety.

Besides the correct tire pressure should always check the tires today’s drivers. Because only with sufficient tire tread depth can increase performance and prevent aquaplaning in wet conditions, for example.
